Tater Tot Farmers Opening

Want to say a big THANKS to all the people (well over 100) who came out for our opening. Thanks also must go to Joe and Eric of the Hope Gallery who helped organize and hang the show. They even supplied Tater Tots! To those Irish people like myself who never heard of this American phenomenon called Tater Tots they are basically deep fired pellets of hash browns or a bit like chicken nuggets made with potato instead of chicken.

Thanks to Pam and Richard for organizing such a interesting collection of Irish work. The Irish food was great and it was nice to talk to so many people about the depressing Irish weather !
